Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickAssess app and this website, provided by QuickAssess ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, subscribing to or using QuickAssess, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The service

QuickAssess is a tool that helps vehicle bodyshops and estimators prepare damage estimates — marking damaged panels, calculating labour, parts and paint & materials, and generating estimate documents. It is provided for professional use.

2. Estimates are a tool — you remain responsible

QuickAssess produces estimates and guide figures based on the information you enter and its built-in calculations (including paint areas and times, which are approximations). They are not a guarantee of repair cost, time or method. You are solely responsible for reviewing every estimate and for the final prices, methods and advice you give your customers. Always apply your own professional judgement.

3. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

Free trial. New users may be offered a 14-day free trial, available once per Google account. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
Billing. Subscriptions are sold and billed through your Google Play account at the price shown before you subscribe.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel renewal anytime in your Google Play subscriptions.
Price changes. We may change the subscription price. Any change will be notified as required by Google Play and will not affect your current paid period.

4. Refunds

Because subscriptions are processed by Google Play, refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. If you think something has gone wrong, contact us at support@quickassess.uk and we'll help where we can.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including: reverse-engineering or copying it, reselling or redistributing it, using it unlawfully, or attempting to circumvent its subscription or security. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the customer information you enter.

6. Intellectual property

QuickAssess, its name, logo, software and content are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your business while your subscription is active. The estimates and content you create remain yours.

7. Availability

We work to keep QuickAssess available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or withdraw features, and we may release updates you'll need to install to keep using the app.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on estimates or figures produced by the app, for lost profits or business, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, where the changes are material, notify you in the app or on this website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
